"Career help was kind of underwhelming"
I was hoping for more practical job guidance, but it felt limited. There were a few useful tips here and there, but overall it didn’t really give me much direction. Not sure how to explain it, but the support just felt a bit weak.

"I spent some time looking through aanp.org..."
I spent some time looking through aanp.org, it didn’t leave me feeling very confident. It kind of gives the impression that you’ll get clear, trustworthy info, but that didn’t really happen for me. A lot of it felt one-sided, and I kept wondering who was actually behind some of the claims. Maybe other people find it useful, but to me it felt like another site making promises about transparency and reliability without really backing them up. I definitely wouldn’t rely on it without checking other sources first...

"I used aanp.org for some membership and..."
I used aanp.org for some membership and course-related stuff, and overall it was a smooth experience. The prices aren’t exactly the cheapest out there, but compared to a lot of other professional membership/course sites, they’re definitely reasonable, especially if you can catch a discount. Checkout was easy enough, which I appreciated. My only gripe is that the better deals could be easier to find, since I kind of had to look around for them. Still, I’d say it’s good value overall, just could be a bit more upfront with the savings
"I tried to register, but the sign-up page..."
I tried to register, but the sign-up page kept freezing on me. It was frustrating and took way longer than it should've.
"Honestly helpful if you're an NP member"
I’m not totally sure how to explain it, but overall it’s been really helpful. The benefits are definitely nice and make it feel worth having. The site itself is kind of clunky sometimes, which is a little annoying, but I still feel good about it overall

"Helpful for keeping up with NP advocacy..."
They do a solid job advocating for nurse practitioners and keeping members updated on what’s going on... I do wish some of the info was a little easier to find, but overall it’s been helpful.

"The job board was actually helpful"
I ended up using the aanp job board when I was looking around for a new NP position, it was more useful than I expected. I’d been scrolling through the bigger job sites too, but a lot of those listings felt kind of random or not really geared toward nurse practitioners, which gets old fast.
With this one, the postings felt more relevant, so I didn’t feel like I was wasting as much time clicking through stuff that didn’t fit. I found a few places to apply that I probably wouldn’t have come across otherwise, and the site itself was easy enough to use. Nothing flashy, but it did what I needed, so no real complaints

"Useful for CE credits, though not the smoothest site"
In my experience, aanp.org has been handy for keeping up with my CE credits. I was able to find the courses I needed without much hassle, and once I finished them, the certificates showed up like they were supposed to.
I wouldn’t personally call the site super polished, especially on my phone, where it felt a little clunky at times. But overall, it did what I needed it to do, and I’d probably use it again.

"Was okay, just a little confusing"
Passed in the end, but felt like the whole process moved kinda slow. Wasn’t terrible, just a bit confusing at times

"Confusing emails and not much help"
i couldn’t really figure out what they were asking for. The emails were confusing, and I didn’t feel like they helped clear anything up.
"I went in expecting the usual box-checking CE..."
I went in expecting the usual box-checking CE courses, but these were actually helpful. Reading between the lines, you can tell some real thought went into making the material practical instead of just throwing information at you

"Way too many emails"
The site is helpful overall, but the emails got to be a bit much. I signed up for updates thinking I’d get one every now and then, but it felt like my inbox was getting hit about constantly. I ended up unsubscribing after a while.

"Handy for keeping up with legislative updates"
I’ve been using it to stay on top of legislative updates, and it’s been helpful. The updates are easy to follow and save me some time. Then suddenly, wow, I really appreciated not having to dig through a bunch of sources myself.

"Clinical resources felt a bit outdated"
Some of the resources were helpful, but a lot of the links were hard to find or didn’t feel updated enough for day-to-day clinical questions. I also felt like I got stuck in a support loop when I tried to ask about it, with people pointing me back to the same pages instead of actually helping me find what I needed.

"Helpful for Meeting Other NPs"
I’ve had a good experience using this for NP networking. I ended up making some useful contacts at a few events, which made it feel worth my time. The site itself can be a little clunky now and then, but overall it’s been helpful for connecting with people in the field

"Actually Easier Than I Expected"
I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. I logged into my account without any hassle and found what I needed right away. Super easy experience overall.

"Helpful information, but frustrating to use"
I did eventually find what I was looking for on aanp.org, but it was more frustrating than I expected. Some pages loaded fine, but others felt cluttered, and the menu wasn’t always clear. The information itself is useful once you finally get to it, which is why I was a bit disappointed the site wasn’t easier to navigate. It’s not terrible, but it definitely could be more user-friendly.

"Billing made no sense"
I had a frustrating time trying to pay on aanp.org. The charge showed up on my end, but my account didn’t look like it had been updated, so I was just sitting there like, make it make sense. Trying to get clear billing help only made it more annoying. Maybe other people have no issues, but for me it felt messy and not worth the hassle.

"Not sure the membership is really worth it"
I wanted to like the membership, and at first I thought it might be a decent deal, but it just feels overpriced for what you get. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it didn’t really add enough value. Kind of disappointing, though I guess it’s not the worst thing ever.

"Renewal was easy enough"
I renewed my AANP membership on the site, it went smoothly for the most part. The login worked fine and the steps were clear enough that I didn’t feel like I had to hunt around for anything, which is always a relief, right?
The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the payment page took a little longer to load than I expected. For a minute I wasn’t totally sure if my payment had actually gone through, and I kept thinking maybe I should wait instead of clicking anything again.
I did get the confirmation email a few minutes later, so everything ended up being fine. Overall, it was a simple renewal process, just maybe could be a little smoother on the payment side
